Accommodation packages include:

4 days/ 3 nights Hotel package (the price can be found in the table above):
Includes accommodation and meals (breakfast and buffet dinner) and other services listed above for 3 nights (February 26-28, 2026). First night (Thursday) in Siófok at Hotel Magistern, Friday and Saturday at Hunguest Hotel Pelion****
2. Extra night (the price can be found in the table above):
It is possible to book accommodation for the "extra" night included in the above packages, on February 25, 2026 (Wednesday) or March 1, 2026 (Sunday) in Siófok at Hotel Magistern. The prices include breakfast and buffet dinner.
3. Meals:
The package prices include breakfast and a hot buffet dinner, which cannot be taken out of the package. The hot buffet dinner will be rich in carbohydrates according to the needs of the runners, with several options.
4. Use of meals:
On a given day at the given hotel by presenting the room card.
5. The process of booking accommodation:
Only possible through BSI. You can order and pay in BSI's online entry system.

The packages shown here apply to adults (over 14 years old).
Reservations can be paid by bank card or SZÉP card on our online site.
The names of the hotel guests must be entered at the time of booking, which can of course be changed later.
We will send a confirmation of the bookings to the email address provided during registration, but it can also be downloaded from the "Products" menu item of the entry account.
If the given room type is not found among the products, the room can no longer be booked.

Booking the accommodation:
e.g.: If you want a 2-bed 3-day package + one night before (2026.02.25.), you must select the following:
The 4 days / 3 nights 2-bed package must be added to the cart, and then the 2-bed package 2026.02.25. In both cases, the names of the hotel guests must be entered.

Reservation of accommodation: from 2:00 p.m
Moving out of the rooms: by 10:00 a.m

Cancellation conditions for hotel reservations:

We can only accept cancellations of advance reservations in the event of a written notification (by e-mail) according to the following conditions:
– Accommodation can be cancelled without penalty until January 4, 2026,
– until February 8, 2026, against a penalty of 50%,
– until February 19, 2026, against a penalty of 90%,
– After February 19, 2026, we are unable to refund the price of the accommodation paid.

4 days bus transfer:

The price of the accommodation does not include the transfer between the accommodation and the start.
The transfer only provides a connection between the start and the destination and the hotel provided by us. We cannot provide transfers to the changing places.

Bus transfer for 4 days/person: 23,000 HUF

4 days bicycle transfer:

If you have a bicycle companion, but there is nowhere to put the bicycle at the end of the day, we will deliver it and store it for you for 4 days. You drop it off at the finish line and pick it up at the start.

The price of this:
Bicycle transfer for 4 days/bicycle: 18,500 HUF

Gulf Half Marathon Bus Transfer:

Bus transfer for participants of the Gulf Half Marathon after arrival at destination, from the finish in Szigliget to the start in Keszthely.
The transfer price is 9,500 HUF/person.

Magaspart Half Marathon bus transfer:

Bus transfer for participants of the Magaspart Half Marathon before the start, from the finish in Siófok to the start in Balatonkenese.
The transfer price is 9,500 HUF/person.

Cancellation conditions regarding transfers:

We can only accept cancellations of advance reservations if notified in writing (by e-mail) according to the following conditions:
– The transfer can be cancelled without penalty until February 1, 2026
– until February 15, 2026, against a penalty of 50%,
– until February 21, 2026, against a penalty of 70%,
– We are unable to refund the transfer price after February 21, 2026.
