If you experience any issues on race day before the start, you can find the medical tent near the start/finish area.
Medical support will also be available along the route: in addition to the relay points, cycling and motorized medical staff will be patrolling the course.
If you encounter any issues during the race, you can find emergency phone numbers on the back of your race number. Please fill out the health information section on the back of your race number before the start!
While physical activity has numerous physiological benefits, it can also pose risks, albeit very minor. It’s important to consult with your doctor before undertaking serious physical exertion!
Only participate in sports events or strenuous training when you are well-prepared. Do not take part in the event or training session if you are ill, injured, feverish, or have recently experienced vomiting or diarrhea.
If you experience any unusual symptoms while exercising or competing, slow down, stop if necessary, and seek help. These guidelines apply regardless of the duration of the activity, as what constitutes significant exertion can vary from person to person. Be responsible for yourself and exercise wisely!
