To make it easier for you to register for our events, we offer the option of online registration. This comes with numerous advantages, which we have summarized here:
If you haven't used our online entry system yet, please read what exactly we mean by online entry!
We only consider an entry as an online entry that a http://nevezes.futanet.hu A user logged in to the site completes the entry process by paying on the payment interface with a bank card suitable for online payment. Otherwise, the entry is invalid.
In case of online entry, you must first register yourself on this page. The system will send you a confirmation email to the specified email address. Later, you will be able to log in with your e-mail address and password.

You have to register once, but one click is enough to enter. The system automatically offers the current entry fee for the selected competitions.
The following rates are included in the online system:
Basis:
The price without discounts for the given deadline.
Student: Those under the age of 16 or those with a full-time student ID can choose this price. You must present the valid student ID required for eligibility when collecting the start number.
Over 65:
Only those entrants who are offered by the system depending on their given date of birth can see it.
Gold card holder:
Seen by entrants who have met the criteria.
It has already started at a BSI event (exclusively for Vivicittá, the autumn half-marathon, and some distances of the Budapest marathon): All entrants who have at least one BSI event listed next to their ID can see it.
Prices other than this are personalized, so they are only visible to participants with a discount code.
Remember, by entering the online interface, you can nominate not only yourself, but also others, if they are included in the system. If not, you need to register them first.
Once you're done with all the entries, all that's left is the payment. After clicking the payment button, the system will take you to the secure page of simplepay, where you can pay the entry fee and fees by entering your card number.
It is important that the bank card is suitable for online payments. If at the end of the transaction you see that Successful payment, you will soon receive a confirmation e-mail in your mailbox, but you can also download the confirmation in the "Registrations" menu item - this means that you have already registered for the event. Don't forget that you can enter for the entry fee that is valid on the day of payment.
In the case of cancellation of the entry for the 4-day Balaton Supermarathon and the 2-day Half-Balaton Supermarathon, the entry fee will be refunded against a handling fee or credited on special request. You can find the deadlines and handling fee amounts/percentages in the table below. (In the case of a refund, write us your bank account number at nevezes@futanet.hu. We can accept cancellations for these two terms until midnight on February 26, 2025 at the latest.

For the one-day distances (Spuri Öböl Half Marathon, Maratonfüred, Marathon+, Run-in 15km, one-day doubles, relays, teams of 5-8 people) it is not possible to refund the entry fee. (If you withdraw from these sites, you can do so in accordance with the relevant withdrawal policy with the deadlines listed there.
Transfer and sale of start numbers between individuals at BSI events it is not possible.
Under no circumstances will we transfer a race number to someone else's name, neither before nor after the event.
Since the option to transfer the entry has ended, if you have already entered an event but cannot participate in it, you have the option to withdraw from the event.
Distance modification at the Balaton Süpermarathon event:
If you would like to change the distance in any event of the Balaton Supermarathon, please indicate your intention to change the name by e-mail at nevezes@futanet.hu and you can discuss the parameters of the new entry with our colleagues. At the time of renaming, the fee of the original band deadline is valid.
Confirmation of online entry
The online entry system automatically sends the confirmation to the specified e-mail address after payment, but you can also download the confirmation in the "Entries" menu
If, when entering your account, you name not only yourself, but also someone else, the person you named will receive a confirmation email to their own email address.
When entering a team, only the person making the entry receives confirmation.
Important! Some mail systems (gmail, citromail, freemail) do not always put the confirmations in the incoming mail account, but in the promotional sub-account or in the SPAM. Please also check these accounts if you have not received the confirmation.
For entries paid online, the system automatically creates an invoice for the name and address entered on the interface and sends it to the e-mail address entered there.

Whichever payment method you choose, don't forget that you can enter for the entry fee that is valid on the day of payment.
Of course, you can also pre-register in the information tent at the competitions for cash for our later events or buy products offered by BSI.
You can take advantage of discounts at almost all BSI events and almost all distances if you pre-register. We list all the discounts below, but it's good to know that you can't take advantage of them at every single event. You can find out which one you can use and where from the entry fee table: if you find an amount in the discount column, you can use that entry fee at that event. Discounts can no longer be used when entering at the competition center.
You can use the following discounts under the following conditions:
The nearly 20% discount can be used by those who have a valid Spuri Gold Card. The virtual card is automatically given to our runners who participated in at least 5 events in the previous year or completed 75 running kilometers in BSI events. The detailed description can be read here. Spuri Gold cardholders receive a card valid until March 15 of the following calendar year by SMS in January of each year. The card can also be used at other service providers and shops.
