We’ll guide you, prepare you, and help you reach the finish line

Do you love running but want to train more consciously and effectively? Do you want to get the most out of yourself at the Balaton Supermarathon? You don’t have to get lost in the sea of available information—prepare with us! We offer running training plans for distances ranging from the shortest to the longest race categories. Check them out!

Sign up for the free e-training

You can sign up for our training plans free of charge and without any commitment. All we ask is your trust, as we aim to help you successfully reach the finish line.  

Every 3 weeks, the training plan will arrive in your inbox

The training plans are generally written in three-week microcycles, so we send you the full three weeks in the week before the starting date. If you sign up later, you will automatically join the next three-week cycle.

Available training plans:

Ultramarathon training plan, 4 days, for reaching the finish line

This is the training plan Duration of 27 weeks during the BSZM for the 196 km individual distance prepare, i.e. how reach the finish line within the level time. The first letter will arrive in your mailbox on August 30th, and the first training day will be on September 2nd.  

Ultramarathon training plan, 4 days, time for improvement

This is the training plan 27 weeks period during the BSZM for the 196 km individual distance prepares If experienced ultra or and you want to improve time, then look no further. The first letter will arrive in your mailbox on August 30th, and the first training day will be on September 2nd.  

Ultramarathon training plan, 2 days, for reaching the finish line

This is the training plan Duration of 27 weeks during the BSZM for two days (95 km) prepare, i.e. how reach the finish line within the level time. The first letter will arrive in your mailbox on August 30th, and the first training day will be on September 2nd.  

Marathon training plan, to complete the MarathonFüredre

This is the training plan 24-week period during for the BSZM MaratonFüred competition prepare, i.e. how reach the finish line within the level time. The first letter will arrive in your mailbox on September 20th, and the first training day will be on September 23rd.  

Training plan for completing the BSZM in pairs and reaching the goal

This is the training plan Duration of 21 weeks during the 4 days to complete prepare in pairs, i.e. how reach the finish line within the level time. The first letter will arrive in your mailbox on October 11th, and the first training day will be on October 14th.  

Training plan for completing the Gulf Half Marathon

This is the training plan Duration of 15 weeks during the BSZM Gulf Half Marathon race number, i.e. how reach the finish line within the level time. The first letter will arrive in your mailbox on November 22nd, and the first training day will be on November 25th.

BSI for free e-training programs on the online entry interface you can subscribe. If you have previously registered on this interface, you can register after logging in, if not, you must first register on the site. With this registration, you will be able to register for our events later.

First of all, you select the event, then you find the distance at which you want to start and successfully reach the finish line.

The training plan is only a guide. We hope it fits your everyday life and schedule, but mostly it needs to be adjusted. Feel free to tailor it to yourself, you can deviate from the specified distances in 10-15%, and you can also reorganize the days. It is important that the proportions are maintained both in terms of running-resting days and in terms of distances and intensity.
You will always find a description of what track record and running ability you can join a specific training plan in the given letter.
